About Response of Light Worldwide Meditations

Beloved Children of the Light

Some have written, asking for specifics about the meditations and here is what we suggest:

1.  Because the meditation time will be joined by those in the higher dimensions of light who share their energy and prayers with us, we ask that you prepare for the meditation by coming to the place of sitting at least 5 minutes beforehand so you can be centered and ready when it begins.  You may feel the energy beginning before the actual start time.

2.  We plan the meditation to last for a half-hour. Those who wish to sit longer or shorter may do so, of course, however, we encourage you to try to stay with us for the half-hour.

3.  For those so interested, we have available a Skype audio connection with those of us sitting together at Light Omega during the meditation, the guided preparation, and following discussion.  If you would like to be part of this, please contact information@lightomega.org for information. You don't need to already have a Skype connection.  We can help you set this up.

About the meditations themselves:

There is no 'right' way to share in this sitting time.  The way to do so is your way.

-- Some have learned techniques of visualization and do this quite effectively.  If you wish, you may visualize streams of light enfolding Chile, its people, Santiago, or any part of the situation you feel drawn to.

-- Others are more attuned to feeling the prayer of the heart and the sense of compassion which reaches out with a wish to help those in pain

-- Those who have worked with thought can hold a specific thought towards the land and people of Chile. 

-- For some, just sitting in the silence with others, feeling and knowing the powerful connection which joins us all, will be sufficient.
